San Diego-based Mad Catz Interactive said today that it has completed its $30M acquisition of PC game accessory firm Saitek. The deal included $15.5M in cash, plus $14.5M in convertible notes. The deal was announced earlier this month. Mad Catz said that it expects the acquisition to be accretive to its fiscal 2008 earnings. Saitek was a manufacturer of PC gaming accessories, including joysticks, PC gaming controllers, keyboards, speakers, and other PC peripherals.
