Irvine-based Mavent, which develops software for regulatory compliance, said last week that it has added Lauren Ingersoll as Senior Vice President and Client Development Counsel. Ingersoll has previously served at the Phunpei Supreme Court, Birnberg & Associates, and the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. Mavent develops software used for automating compliance in the mortgage industry. Mavent has previously received funding from FTVentures.
