MFORMA, Marvel, Activision in Mobile Entertainment Alliance

MFORMA Group and Marvel Enterprises announced that the companies will bring content based on Marvel's brands to mobile phone users. MFORMA will create mobile entertainment products based on Marvel's comic strip and other characters. The deal calls for the deal to include all domestic and international territories except for Japan. The wireless games will be published in conjunction with Santa Monica-based Activision. The companies said that the game releases will be in conjunction with the use of Marvel characters in films and other media. Marvel owns properties such as Spider-Man, The X-Men, the Fantastic Four, and other popular comic strip characters.
