    Micro Memory Acquired by VMETRO


    Chatsworth-based Micro Memory LLC, a designer of board level signal and image processing and data acquisition products, has been acquired by VMETRO. The firms did not disclose the sale price, but said that VMETRO has acquired 100% of the shares of Micro Memory. Micro Memory develops storage, signal and image procesing, and other products used for real-time, embedded systems. VMETRO said the acquisition will increase its capabilities and product offerings. VMETRO's US headquarters are in Houston, Texas.
