Irvine-based Microsemi, the provider of analog and RF semiconductors, said Wednesday that it has acquired ASIC Advantage, a fabless semiconductor firm developing radiation hardened and high-voltage integrated circuits for the aerospace, automotive, communications, industrial and medical markets. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ASIC Advantage was based in Sunnyvale.
