San Luis Obispo-based MINDBODY, the developer of online software for the health and wellness industry, reported Friday that SpaFinder is using its software for its online booking engine. Financial details of the deal were not announced. The two said that SpaFinder has been displaying MINDBODY's inventory of fitness, Yoga, Pilates, and martial art studios on the site since February, but just added online booking last week. MINDBODY is venture backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Catalyst Investors, the Pasadena Angels, Tech Coast Angels and Frontera Capital. SpaFinder operates a marketing service which helps connect consumers with spas and other wellness facilities.
