MindTouch Adds VA Linux Founder As Advisor
San Diego-based MindTouch, a company developing an open source, wiki software platform, said today that it has added VA Linux founder Larry Augustin to its board of advisors. Larry Augustin founded and was CEO of VA Linux, which is now SourceForge. The firm also said that Matt Asay, who is general manager, Americas and VP of Business Development for Alfresco, has also joined the advisory board. MindTouch is developing appliances and software targeted at the enterprise wiki market; the firm is targeting its Deki Wiki product at companies looking to allow their employees to share and post information.
