Thousand Oaks-based Mobicip.com, announced this morning that it has shipped a new, "kid-safe" iPhone browser, which the firm said will protect children from inappropriate web content on the iPhone. According to Mobicip.com, its browser, downloadable from the iPhone App store, offers the same features as the Safari Mobile browser, but also adds three levels of filtering based on the age of a child. Mobicip said its browser is free, with a premium application in the works with more flexible configuration and support for multiple platforms.
