Mobile Learning Networks Raises $350,000

San Diego-based Mobile Learning Networks, which is developing tablet-based apps to help students work with tutors, has raised $350,000 in a funding round, the company announced Thursday. Source of the funding was not announced. Mobile Learning Networks' develops apps for the iPad which let tutors and students collaborate virtually. The company's management team includes Andrew Meyer (Websense, Epicor, MSC Software) and Josh Roach (former SVP of Engineering at Mitek Systems). More information »
