Global ePoint Acquires Perpetual Digital
City of Industry-based Global ePoint (www.globalepoint.com) said yesterday that it has acquired the assets, intellectual property, and supply agreements of Perpetual Digital. Perpetual is a systems integrator and supplier of digital video recording systems for commercial and industrial security and surveillance. Global was the manufacturer of Perpetual's digital video recorder. The deal was worth $400K.
