San Diego-based SYS Technologies (www.systechnologies.com) said yesterday that it has received a Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant from the Naval Air Systems Command. The $750,000 grant will be used in the development of a decision support system for graphically visualizing progress towards readiness goals, and is a follow on to a Phase I SBIR grant which was completed by SYS. The company will help to further develop the program, which helps the Naval Air Station monitor readiness and training.
