Yahoo Completes Musicmatch Acquisition
San Diego-based Musicmatch and search engine giant Yahoo! announced today that Yahoo has completed its acquisition of Musicmatch. Musicmatch provides digital music management software and online music services, and will be incorporated into Yahoo's online services. The company's latest offering is Musicmatch On Demand, a streaming music subscription service. The previously announced acquisition was worth $160M in cash.
