SmartSound Adds Universal Binary Support
Chatsworth-based SmartSound Software, a provider of music scoring technology for film and video, has rolled out an update to its software. The firm said that its SmartSound Sonicfire Pro 4 software now includes universal binary support for the new Mac, Intel-based platform. The updated software is used for adding music to Avid and Final Cut Pro video editing software, and is tied to the company's own library of royalty-free music.
