PC Mall Completes SARCOM Buy
Torrance-based PC Mall has completed its acquisition of SARCOM, a provider of IT Solutions, the company announced Monday afternoon. PC Mall paid $55M in a combination of cash and stock for SARCOM, which provides enterprise hardware and software, along with services. SARCOM is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. The deal was originally announced in August. PC Mall is an online and catalog retailer of hardware, software, and other technology.
