Warner Buys "Lego Star Wars" Creator
Burbank-based Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group said this morning that it is in an agreement to acquire TT Games, the developer of the popular computer games "LEGO Star Wars." Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. TT Games Publishing is based in the UK, and is the result of the merger of games developers Traveller's Tales and Giant Interactive Entertainment. TT Games is also developing the titles “LEGO Batman: The Videogame” and “LEGO Indiana Jones" and has the rights to “The Guinness World Records."
