Eyespot Gets Win With Action Sports Site
San Diego-based Eyespot has scored a win with action sports site Digital Action Sports Network (DASN), the firm said Friday. The sports site will use the firm's Video Platform to power its interactive video. Eyespot provides video hosting services for web sites. According to Eyespot, DASN will roll out a number of online properties, including skateboard.tv, snowboard.tv, motorcross.tv, surfer.tv and gravity.tv, focused on action sports. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Eyespot is venture backed by Express Ventures and Gabriel Venture Partners.
