Qualcomm: Court Dismisses Broadcom Complaint
San Diego-based Qualcomm announced this morning that a federal court has dismissed a lawsuit brought against the firm by Broadcom. According to Qualcomm, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California granted its motion to dismiss a lawsuit brought by Broadcom over its patents. According to Qualcomm, the judge in the case dismissed the lawsuit because Broadcom "did not identify any specific patents which were allegedly exhausted.""The case had been filed in 2008.
