Inovio Biomedical Expands Board
San Diego-based Inovio BIomedical, a developer of vaccines, announced today that it has added David J. Williams and Keith H. Wells to its board of directors. Williams is former Chairman and CEO of Sanofi Pasteur, and Wells is a senior member of the Biologics Consulting Group. Williams was the Chairman and CEO of Sanofi Pasteur until 2008. Wells has served at Acambis, PLC., Oravax, the Salk Institute, and MercK & Co.
