Anacomp MVS Acquired By DecisionOne
San Diego-based IT solutions provider Anacomp has sold its MVS division to Pennsylvania-based DecisionOne, the firms said earlier this week. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to DecisionOne, the buy adds around 200 employees, plus around 700 customers, to the firm. Anacomp's MVS division provides technical support, field service, and maintenance to OEM customers in data centers.
