HID Global Completes ActivIdentity Buy
Irvine-based HID Global, which is owned by ASSA ABLOY, said today that it has completed its acquisition ActivIdentity, a Fremont-based firm which provides digital authentication of users. The deal was originally announced in October, and was worth $162M in cash. HID Global is a maker of access control cards and related products.
