Santa Monica-based MomentFeed, the developer of location-based marketing analytics software headed by Rob Reed, said Monday that it has upgraded its software. The newly updated software now adds such features as monitoring real-time Twitter feeds; sorting customers by their Klout score; measuring customer sentiment; and more. MomentFeed is developing analytics software which helps companies monitor consumer engagement at a specific, retail location on Facebook, Foursquare, and Twitter, helping multi-location retailers and brands to figure out what customers are doing in-store and how they are interacting with their location-based, social marketing campaigns.
