UK-based
Coull, a developer of technology which lets publishers and advertisers tag video products within videos, has just signed Under Armour, as the firm's acquisition of Santa Barbara-based online media agency
RevUpNet starts to pay dividends. Coull quietly acquired RevUpNet, the firm co-founded by Santa Barbara entrepreneurs Ben Kibler and John Greathouse, for $2M in April. According to Coull, it has released interactive versions of Under Armour videos; no financial details of that deal have been announced. Kibler has previously been involved in Commission Junction, Citrix Online, Picasa, and Shoperion; Greathouse is a Venture Partner at Rincon Venture Partners, and served at Citrix Online, Callwave, Computer Motion, and other firms.
