ServiceNow Sets IPO Pricing Range
San Diego-based ServiceNow has set the pricing range for its IPO, saying today that it anticipates an initial public offering price for the firm at between $15.00 and $17.00 per share. ServiceNow, which is aiming to trade on the New York Stock Exchange AS NOW, provides software-as-a-service used for enterprise IT management. The firm is backed by JMI Equity and Sequoia Capital.
