recently announced that it has acquired fellow Orange County laptop case maker
Sena Cases
. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sena Cases becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Targus. SEna is a maker of leather, luxury laptop, smartphone, and tablet cases. Targus was advised by Sikich Investment Banking in the deal. The buy had been announced on October 30th. Sena Cases was based in Irvine.
