Movielink, LodgeNet Partner on Movie Downloads
Los Angeles-based Movielink and interactive movie provider LodgeNet Entertainment have partnered to provide laptop-based movie downloads to LodgeNet interactive TV and high speed Internet access systems. The companies said that LodgeNet will provide an on-site, integrated digital content server based on the MovieLink service allowing for high speed download through the company's hotel access sytems. The new service will allow hotels to cross-brand the service, integrates billing of the laptop-based movie downloads with in-room movie services, and a single point of customer support.
