Movielink Adds Indies

Santa Monica-based Movielink, the online broadband video-on-demand provider, has signed on a number of independent film firms for its online library. The firm has signed Magnolia Pictures, THINKFilm, Hart Sharp Video, Wolfe Video, Tempe Video, Wizard Entertainment, Media Blasters, Associated Television International and Inecom Entertainment Company, as well as other independent film companies, to provide films for its download service. The deals add 100 new titles to its catalog, and comes in conjunction with a piush to highlight independent films with a September promotion. Movielink operates a broadband, video-on-demand service that allows users to download and view movies and television shows.
