Chatsworth-based MRV Communications reports that CEO Dilip Singh has joined the company's board of directors. Singh has been CEO of the firm since July, and previously has served at Telia-Sonera Spice Nepal and Telenity. MRV is a provider of optica communications and networking equipment.
