    MySpace.com Adds College Features

Los Angeles-based social networking portal MySpace.com said this morning that it is aiming at the college market with a new set of features. The company has rolled out the ability to rate professors, list courses, connect with classmates, and list Greek affiliations on its web site. The move puts it into competition with popular sites like thefacebook, which connect college students with classmates, and recent controversial site Ratemyprofessor.com, a site which allows students to rate their professors. MySpace.com is also including the controversial feature of Ratemyprofessor.com which allows students to rate their professors as "hot or not" in attractiveness.
