    MySpace Gets Into Concerts

Los Angeles-based MySpace has launched itself into the concert tour business, saying this morning that it has launched a new series of MySpace produced and branded concert events. The company said that its first concert will kick off in October in Seattle, and will include more than 30 shows across the United States in October and November. The new tour will draw from bands and musicians who are using MySpace to promote themselves, and will be sponsored by Extreme Style by VO5. The social networking web site also said it will also run a tour in Spring of 2008.
