Napster Integrates With Facebook, YouTube, Flickr
Los Angeles-based Napster, the online music service now owned by Best Buy, has just rolled out a number of major improvements this morning to the site, including social networking integration with Facebook, YouTube, and Flickr. Napster said that it is exiting beta mode for the service, and will begin allowing users to "Like" artists, albums, and playlists on Facebook, as well share songs via Facebook or Twitter. Napster also said the sharing feature will also allow friends of a user to play music from that user's Facebook or Twitter page. Other improvements to the service include ability to find and play artist videos on YouTube, and the ability to pull artist photos from the Flickr photo site.
