Neostem Appoints VP

Agoura Hills-based NeoStem (www.neostem.com) announced that it has added Brad Maroni as Vice President of Clinical Development. Dr. Maroni was previously VP of Clinical Research at Amgen. Neostem is developing adult stem cell therapeutics, targeted at cancer and heart disease. Dr. Maroni was Associate Professor of Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta.
