NetZero Expands Via Sprint 3G

Woodland Hills-based NetZero Wireless, the mobile broadband service which is a subsidiary of United Online, said this morning that it has expanded its coverage via Sprint's nationwide 3G network. NetZero said its NetZero Mobile Broadband Service now reaches over 276 million people worldwide. NetZero and Sprint had announced the deal to use Sprint for the broadband wireless service back in July of 2013, and the two are planning to eventually extend the service to Spring's 4G LTE network. NetZero--originally a dial-up, internet service provider--has recently been transitioning its service into mobile broadband.
