CMS Release Backup Software
Costa Mesa-based CMS Products (www.cmsproducts.com) announced that it has shipped the company's first stand alone backup and recovery solution. The company's new BounceBack Professional software provides backup capability for CMS ABSplus and Velocity backup systems. The software also works with other internal and external storage.

The SEC has added three additional former Gemstar executives in its probe of inflating company profits, adding former CEO Peter C. Boylan, former general counsel Jonathan B. Orlick, and former CFO Craig Waggy to the list of executives facing charges.
