Foundstone Adds Customer, Partner Program
Mission Viejo-based Foundstone (www.foundstone.com) announced it has created a new partner program for partners in the vulnerability management space. Separately, the company has announced that MFS Investment Management has implemented its Enterprise Risk Solutions software, which helps companies check their networks for security.

Quest Ships Java Tools
Irvine-based Quest Software (www.quest.com) has shipped its new, 64-bit JProbe performance tuning software. The company's toolset provides analysis of Java code running on 64-bit Java Virtual Machines, including performance profiling, memory debugging, and thread analysis that enables developers to build better Java code.

TransDimension Resolves Lawsuit
Irvine-based TransDimension (www.transdimension.com) announced it has resolved litigation with SCI Holdings. SCI had sued TransDimension claiming that TransDimension had provided misleading financial data after TransDimension acquired SCI's software assets.
