Autobytel Acquires iDriveonlineIrvine-based Autobytel (www.autobytel.com) announced that it is acquiring iDriveonline, a provider of customer loyalty and retention marketing programs in the automotive industry. The deal is worth $11.7M in cash and stock. Autobytel stated that it expects that the combined Autobytel and iDriveonline products should contribute to $15M in revenue this year.

Favrille Finds $44MSan Diego-based Favrille has landed $44M in a Series C financing. The round was led by William Blair Capital Partners, and included new investors Needham Capital Partners, Avtech Ventures, Oakwood Medical Investors, and others. Current investors also participated. The company is developing drug therapies for cancer and autoimmune diseases.
