Tarari, Zetools Partner On HDTV Publishing
San Diego-based Tarari and Los Angeles-based Zetools have entered into a strategic relationship. The two will work together on publishing of High-Definition content for delivery over IP networks, using Tarari's hardware accelerated content processors and Zetools' software applications. Tarari is backed by Crosspoint, XMLFund, Miramar, and Intel Capital.

CargoTech Gets Investment
