Yocca Retires From Microsemi BoardIrvine-based Microsemi Corp. announced that Nick E. Yocca has retired from the company's board of directors. Yocca is a founder of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth and served on Microsemi's board for 15 years. Dennis R. Leibel has been elected to succeed Yocca on the board.

Picasa Hooks Into BloggingPasadena-based Picasa (www.picasa.net) has integrated the company's photo sharing applications with the popular blogging tool Blogger. Bloggers are now able to easily resize and upload their photos managed with Picasa to the Blogger service, which is run by Google. Picasa is run by Idealab.
