Accruent Buys Contract Management FirmSanta Monica-based Accruent (www.accruent.com) has acquired Chicago-based National Facilities Group, a provider of software and services for commercial real estate administration. Terms were not disclosed. Accruent is developing systems for managing business contracts, allowing for the tracking of corporate contract obligations and compliance.
