Halozyme Therapeutics Adds Director
Halozyme Therapeutics Names Kenneth Kelley to Board of Directors San Diego-based Halozyme Therapeutics announced that Kenneth Kelley has been named to its Board of Directors. Kelley was previously a General Partner at Latterell Venture Partners, founder of IntraBiotics Pharmaceuticals, and an Associate at Insitutional Venture Partners. Halozyme is developing recombinant human enzyme technology to replace animal-slaughterhouse derived enzymes.

Fastclick.com Upgrades Publisher Services, New Ad Formats
Santa Barbara-based Fastclick.com announced that it has added a new Publisher Information Center designed to help its customer understand how to use the Fastclick Ad Network. The new service provides tutorials on using the company's services. In addition, the company said that it is now supporting 180x150 and 300x600 IAB standard ad unit formats. ValueClick Packages Keyword, Context Sensitive Search
Westlake Village-based ValueClick (www.valueclick.com) has launched a new advertising package designed to enable its customers to purchase both context-targeted ads and search keyword ads. Verari Ships Four Way AMD Servers
San Diego-based Verari Systems (www.verari.com) announced that it is now shipping its newest rack-mountable four way x86 servers. The new servers are targeted at EDA, oil and gas, entertainment, financial trading, automotive, and aerospace customers. The new QuatreX-64 servers are based on the AMD Opteron 850 processor, and provide extremely high processing power and throughput. CrownPeak Gets Healthcare Customer Wins
