Peregrine Semiconductor Ships Integrated RF ICs
San Diego-based Peregrine Semiconductor (www.peregrine-semi.com) has shipped a new set of its RF CMOS and mixed-signal communications ICs. The company's new phased lock loop (PLL) devices provide further integration of components and enable its customers to create more cost-effective designs. Peregrine's components are used in high speed communications products. Peregrine is backed by CDIB, Global Alliance Venture Capital, Intel Capital, Morgenthaler Ventures, and others.

Neven Vision Joins TI Network
Los Angeles-based Neven Vision (www.nevenvision.com) said yesterday that it has joined the Texas Instruments (TI) Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Third Party Network. The company's facial recognition software now runs on Texas Instrument's TMS320C6000 and TMS320C5000 digital signal processing platforms. Citrix Online Rolls Out Flat Priced Meeting Service
Santa Barbara-based Citrix Online (www.gotomypc.com) has announced a new flat-fee pricing of its GoToMeeting Corporate, online conferencing service. The new flat-fee pricing allows unlimited meetings of unlimited length, and allows up to 25 attendees per meeting. The approach is a shift from the usual per-participant, per-minute pricing model used in the online conferencing industry.
