Pasadena-based Evolution Robotics (www.evolution.com) said today that it has released its latest robotics platform for Windows 2000 and XP, following on the launch of the solution for Linux. The company's software development kit for robotics provides vision recognition and speech support.

Oak Grove Upgrades Business Process Engine
Calabasas-based Oak Grove Systems (www.oakgrovesystems.com) announced that it has upgraded its Reactor business process engine tool. Reactor 6.0 adds interoperability between .NET and Java applications. Reactor provides workflow, web services orchestration, and business process integration software that can be integrated into enterprise information systems.

Archos Ships Pocket DVR
Irvine-based Archos (www.archos.com) announced today a new handheld digital video recorder (DVR) designed for telvision recording. The new ARCHOS Pocket Video Recorder AV400 records up to 400 hours of TV programs or between 40-200 full length movies in MPEG-4 DVD quality format. The new device also supports storing photos, music, and transferring files from a personal computer. Interchange Files For SB-2 IPO
Laguna Hills-based Interchange Corporation, a provider of online paid-search services, has filed for an IPO of up to $28.75M. The company reports earnings of $60,000 on revenues of $8.7M in 2003. Roth Capital Partners will act as lead on the offering. The company made the unusual move of filing an SB-2 rather than an S-1. An SB-2 is a filing for "small business issuers" and has not been popular with companies.

Full90 Sports Raises $7M
San Diego-based Full90 Sports has raised a $7M round of funding from Aperture Venture Partners for its head protection products for soccer players. The company said that the funding would be used to help the company expand further into international markets, including England, Germany, France, Italy, and Scandinavia. The company reports that it had also received a round of initial funding in June of 2003.
