ZyXEL Ships Home Gateway Targeted At Parents
Anaheim-based ZyXEL (www.zyxel.com) announced a new broadband access gateway targeted at parents. The company is shipping the HomeSafe Parental Control Gateway, a home networking solution which combines a broadband gateway with firewall protection and integrated parental control capabilities. Ernst & Young Recognizes Entrepreneurs

GlassHouse Acquires The Storage Group
GlassHouse Technologies announced that it has acquired San Diego-based The Storage Group, a storage consulting service provider. Terms of the acquisition were not released. The Storage Group is headed by W. Curtis Preston, a storage industry expert, who will join GlassHouse as VP of Service Development.

Homestore, AOL Renew Agreement
Westlake Village-based Homestore (www.homestore.com) and America Online have renewed a real estate listing agreement. The two companies will continue to feature Homestore as the exclusive provider of real estate listings in AOL's Real Estate Channel and related areas. The agreement is a renewal of a previous agreement. No terms were disclosed.

Kotura Raises $11M
Monterey Park-based Kotura reports that it has raised an $11M venture round from ComVentures and ARCH Venture Partners. Kotura is developing semiconductors for the optical communications industry, and was formed from the merger of Arroyo Optics and Lightcross in 2003. Both ComVentures and ARCH Ventures are existing investors in the company.
