Schindler is the Founder and Managing Partner of Odyssey Venture Partners, the primary investor in Oryxe. Schindler will continue in his venture role. Prior to Odyssey, Schindler was a managing partner at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. Oryxe Energy is developing biochemical fuel additives to enable fuels to burn cleaner, reducing emissions.

Napster Rolls Out To U.S. MilitaryLos Angeles-based Napster, the division of Roxio that is marketing online digital music, announced that it is in an agreement with the Army and Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) to distribute Napster's music services throughout the armed forces.
