SeeBeyond Extends British Telecom Contract
Monrovia-based SeeBeyond (www.seebeyond.com) announced that it has extended a follow-on, 10 year contract to support British Telecom as part of the U.K. National Health Service (NHS) National Programme for IT initiative. The company's software will be used in BT's project to design, deliver, and operate a local patient record database for the London area. SeeBeyond's software is used to connect disparate computer systems.

Kintera Acquires Wealth Screening Company
San Diego-based Kintera (www.kintera.com), which provides software systems to nonprofit organizations, said that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Kamtech Information Systems. Kamtech provides data mining and prospect identification technologies to nonprofits, used to locate and find donors. Kintera's software helps nonprofit organizations by providing web-based tools to manage nonprofit operations, increase donations, and reduce fundraising costs for efforts. Terms were not disclosed. Iomega And Promise In OEM Deal
San Diego-based Iomega (www.iomega.com) said today that it has reached an OEM agreement with Promise Technology Global Solution Group to distribute Iomega 35GB REV drives in China and Taiwan. Promise is a provider of ATA and SATA RAID data protection products. Promise Technology will market the Iomega REV as an OEM product in China and Taiwan, including VARS and system integrators. Iomega's REV drive provides high capacity, high speed removable storage with 35GB of capacity.

CinemaNow Inks MSN Agreement
Santa Monica-based CinemaNow (www.cinemanow.com) announced that it has entered into an agreement with MSN Movies to offer the company's video-on-demand service. MSN movies will feature a customized version of the CinemaNow web-based video-on-demand service through MSN entertainment, and will offer CinemaNow's library of feature film content from 20th Century Fox, Disney, Lions Gate, MGM, Miramax and Warner Bros. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
