Digital Evolution Acquires Flamenco Networks
Santa Monica-based Digital Evolution said this morning that it is acquiring Atlanta-based Flamenco Networks, a company offering technology for service-oriented Web Services deployment. Flamenco's technology allows companies to enforce enterprise security policies for the SOAP communications protocol, including hosted and managed network services.
