Fastclick Adds Entekhabi To Board
Santa Barbara-based Fastclick said today that it has named Massoud Entekhabi to its board of directors. Entekhabi is managing director and founder of Zenith Equity Partners, and has prior experience at Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Entekhabi is also on the board of Ixia. Fastclick provides Internet advertising solutions.

Fandango Adds VP
Los Angeles-based online movie ticketing service Fandango has appointed Christopher Cuningham as VP of Business Development. Cunningham will oversee Fandango's business development and corporate development, and joins from YaYa Media. Cunningham has also served at Wink Communications, ReplayTV, OpenTV, and Silicon Graphics. Fandango said that Cunningham will work on expanding Fandango's availability across the country.

Linspire Ships Newest Desktop Linux Version
San Diego-based Linspire announced yesterday that it has shipped the latest version of its desktop Linux package, Linspire Five-0. The Linspire-packaged version of the open source operating system continues to target the home, business, and school desktop Linux user, and according to the company adds an improved user interface, better laptop compatibility, and additional applications. Autos.com Expands Consumer Ranking Content
Los Angeles-based CarsDirect.com said today that its Autos.com site is now offering consumer rankings and used vehicle rankings. The Autos.com site will now offer ratings of used vehicles back to the 1992 model year, including safety and resale value. The site also will offer user input and reviews on different models of vehicles, and allow people to enter their own rankings. MySpace.com Ties Into The Office
Los Angeles-based social networking site MySpace.com and NBC announced that they have joined together to tie in an online webcast of NBC's upcoming series, "The Office". NBC will debut a complete episode of the new series online in advance of its network debut, and today will offer a "webisode" version of the serires online for viewing on demand.
