Tuesday, January 3, 2006Belkin Ships Wireless USB HubCompton-based Belkin, a manufacturer of computer accessories, announced a new, wireless USB Hub that provides USB access to devices without requiring a cable. The new hardware allows for standard USB access to devices such as printers, scanners, hard drives, and MP3 players through ultrawideband connectivity. Apriso Certifies With SAPLong Beach-based Apriso has been certified with SAP's NetWeaver application platform, the company said this morning. Apriso's FlexNet supply chain manufacturing software has been certified by SAP. The certification covers SAP's mySAP ERP tools. Apriso is a provider of manufacturing management software, and is backed by CMEA Ventures, SAP Ventures, Brentwood Venture Capital, and others.

Conexant Rolls Out PCI Express DecoderNewport Beach-based Conexant Systems said this morning that it has shipped a new, PCI Express broadcast decoder focused on PC applications. The company's new CX23885 device is focused on allowing manufacturers to develop applications such as video capture, television watching, or radio for personal computers.
