SOA Software, Forum Systems PartnerSanta Monica, California-based SOA Software and Salt Lake City, Utah-based Forum Systems said yesterday that the two firms will deliver integrated management and monitoring solutions. The two companies are integrating SOA Software's Service Manager product to manage Forum's policy enforcement hardware and software. Language Weaver Adds ResellersLos Angeles-based Language Weaver, a provider of automated translation software, has added two new resellers for the firm. Language Weaver said that it has added Basis Technology and Miracle Machines as VARs for the company. Basis serves the Japanese market, and Miracle Machines serves Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Coradiant Adds VC To BoardSan Diego-based Coradiant, a provider of monitoring equipment for Web oeprations teams, said today that it has appointed Dixon Doll to its board of directors. Doll is the founder and managing general partner for DCM-Doll Capital Management, an existing investor in the firm. Coradiant is developing data monitoring equipment, targeted at enterprise management software systems. The firm is also backed by Desjardins, GrandeBanks Capital, and Miramar.

V-ENABLE Scores $6M FundingSan Diego-based V-ENABLE has received $6M in a new, venture capital round. V-ENABLE said this morning that the funding round came from SoftBank Capital and Palisades Ventures. V-ENABLE is developing search technology for accessing mobile content and applications via voice and text. ValueClick Restates Results, Reports EarningsWestlake Village-based ValueClick yesterday announced its 2005 earnings, and said that it would restate its 2004 results due to an error relating to its 2004 income tax benefit calculations. The company said that it will restate year end December 31, 2004 results, and results for the first three quarters of 2004, along with quarterly results for 2005. For Q4 of 2005, ValueClick reported income of $13.6M on revenues of $116.6M. For the year, the company earned 39.7M on revenues of $304M.
