Oversee.net Gets $60M Credit Line
Los Angeles-based Oversee.net announced this morning that it has established a $60M, five-year, secured revolving credit facility from Bank of America Securities LLC, in a syndicate of lenders that includes Bank of America, Comerica Bank, California Bank and Trust, and Silicon Valley Bank. Oversee said it will use the line of credit to suppor the firm's aggressive growth plans, including acquisition, working capital, and general corporate purposes. Veoh, United Talent Agency Team To Find Internet Talent
Beverly Hills-based United Talent Agency and La Jolla-based Veoh Networks said Wednesday that the they are in a partnership to create a branded channel on Veoh's video sharing service to help UTA find new talent. The new channel, which is expected to launch in February, will allow digital artists to submit their work for representation by United Talent Agency. Soapbox Mobile, Amp'd, and MovieTickets Collaborate On Ticketing
San Diego-based Soapbox Mobile said today that it has launched a new mobile movie ticketing application on Amp'd Mobile handsets, in conjunction with Amp'd Mobile and MovieTickets.com. The new application allows subscribers to Amp'd mobile phone services to purchase movie tickets with their cell phone. The new application also allows for browing for movie information and showtimes. Soapbox Mobile is a provider of mobile marketing products, and is funded by Equal Elements.

Citysearch Opens Atlanta Offices
West Hollywood-based Citysearch, a provider of online city information guides, said Wednesday that it has opened up a new sales center in Atlanta, Georgia. The new center will employ more than 150 inside sales and customer service employees. The firm said that the center will focus on serving its local advertising customers. Citysearch is owned by IAC.

PropertyRoom.com Appoints CEO, COO
Mission Viejo-based PropertyRoom.com, a provider of an online police auction service, announced this week that it has appointed Rob Hagen as CEO of the firm, and PJ Bellomo as COO. Hagen was most recently in M&A and Corporate Strategy at Digital River, and has also served at Commerce5 and Avnet. Bellomo has served with Hagen at Commerce5 and Avnet. Steve Lupinacci, the PropertyRoom's former CEO, will join the firm's board. Thomas Lane, who has also served as CEO of the firm, remains as Chairman.
