DriveCam Raises $28M
San Diego-based DriveCam announced this morning that it has secured $28M in a Series C financing. The round came from Insight Venture Partners, Integral Capital Partners, along with original investors Menlo Ventures and JMI Equity. The funding will be used by the firm to launch a new consumer division. DriveCam provides products that monitor and improve driver behavior.

Citysearch Buys Insider Pages
West Hollywood-based Citysearch announced today that it has agreed to acquire Redwood City-based Insider Pages, a local search and reviews company that is an Idealab company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Insider Pages operates a service that allows users to contribute and share reviews of local businesses. FOX Creates Affiliate Program For Broadcasters
Fox Broadcasting, Fox Interactive Media, and Twentieth Century Fox Film announced today that Fox will allow broadcast affiliate Web sites to carry streaming media of its shows. Fox said that it will allow its 200 broadcast network affiliates to distribute the company's content, and share transactional and advertising revenue. HELIO Adds Digg, Wikipedia To Services
Los Angeles-based HELIO, an MVNO developing a cell phone service targeted at the youth market, said today that it has rolled out a new mobile device that combines content from web sites like Digg, Wikipedia, Boing Boing, and Metroblogging to its services. The firm's new "the Heat" device is produced by Samsung for Helio, and includes an electrostatic touchpad, GPS, MP3 support, and video. Move Names Samuelson President
Westlake Village-based Move said this week that it has promoted Errol Samuelson to president of Realtor.com. Samuelson takes over the position from Allan Dalton, who is now leading a new business venture for the firm. Samuelson is also president of Move's subsidiary, Top Producer. Move provides home buying, moving, and other related online services.
